1. Definition of terms
1.1 Public offer (hereinafter - "Offer") - a public offer of the Seller addressed to an indefinite number of persons to conclude with the Seller a contract for the sale of goods by remote method (hereinafter - "Agreement") on the terms and conditions contained in this Offer, including all Appendices.
1.2 Ordering services and goods on the website - items specified by the Buyer from the range of services and goods offered for sale, when making an order for the purchase of services and goods on the website or through the Operator.

2 General Provisions
2.1 The Buyer's order of services and goods posted on the site means that the Buyer agrees with all the terms of this Offer.

3. Price of goods

3.4 The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order for the purchase of the service or goods, if the price has been changed by the Seller after the Order has been placed.
3.5 The Seller is not allowed to change the price of the service or goods paid by the Buyer.
3.6 The Seller indicates the cost of delivery of the service or goods on the website or informs the Buyer when the order is placed by the Operator.
3.7 The Buyer's obligations to pay for the service or goods shall be deemed fulfilled from the moment the Seller receives the money.
3.8 Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods shall be made by the methods specified on the website on the Delivery and Payment page

4.2 When paying on the website, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following registration information:

• 4.2.1. surname, first name, patronymic of the Buyer or the person (recipient) indicated by the Buyer;
• 4.2.2. the address where the goods should be delivered (if delivery to the Buyer's address);
• 4.2.3. e-mail address;
• 4.2.4. contact telephone number.
• 4.3 The name, quantity, assortment, article, article, price of the service or goods selected by the Buyer shall be indicated in the Buyer's basket on the website.

4.4 If the Seller needs additional information, he has the right to request it from the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide the necessary information, the Seller shall not be liable for the service or goods selected by the Buyer.
4.5 When placing an Order through the Operator (clause 4.1. of this Offer), the Buyer undertakes to provide the information specified in clause 4.2. of this Offer.
4.6 The Buyer accepts the terms of this Offer by entering the relevant data in the registration form on the website or when placing an Order through the Operator. After placing an Order through the Operator, the data about the Buyer shall be registered in the Seller's database. Having approved the Order of the selected service or goods, the Buyer provides the Operator with the necessary information in accordance with the procedure specified in paragraph 4.2. of this Offer.
4.7 The Seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.
4.8 The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.
4.9 The Distance Selling Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer shall be deemed concluded from the moment the Seller receives a notice of the Buyer's intention to purchase the service or goods.

5. Delivery and transfer of goods to the Buyer
5.1 The Seller shall provide the Buyer with delivery of the Goods by one of the methods specified on the website.
5.2 If the Distance Selling Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is concluded with the condition of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Seller is obliged to deliver the Goods to the place specified by the Buyer within the term established by the Agreement, and if the place of delivery of the Goods is not specified by the Buyer, then to the place of his residence or registration.
5.3 The Buyer shall specify the place of delivery of the Goods when placing the Order for the purchase of the Goods or by phone when confirming it to the Operator.
5.4 The period of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer shall consist of the period of order processing and the period of delivery.
5.5 The delivered Goods shall be handed over to the Buyer, and in the absence of the Buyer - to any person who presented a receipt or other document confirming the conclusion of the Contract or execution of the Goods delivery.
